Chico Terrace Care Center

My family member went here and they feed rotten canned food and my family member was severely dehydrated. Near death. They had feces all over themselves, bed, and toilet. The food making them sick. The staff rolled their eyes when they had to work, and enjoy having power trips. My family member was severely dehydrated they started to have seizures. They thought that was something normal. They don't check on the patients and make sure you're ok, no water being refilled. No one around to help use the rest room. How can anyone treat a human being worse than pond scum. Would you want your family members to be treated like this? It's abuse. My family member has bruises on their arms. We're not sure what is going on there. My family member had lost 10 pounds in a few days not eating and when eating coming right out. My family member was near death staying here a few days. Whomever works here should be ashamed of themselves. I hope you get just as good as care when you're old. Karma is real. There's a warm spot for people like you in h€ll. Do not send loved ones here. Please. It's a death sentence. The staff do not care about other humans. They are true evil demons that have no empathy.

Windsor Chico Care Center is the worst Care facility in all of California. The place is a joke. My Aubt died there. She was healthy when she went in there a d only lasted three months. She was abused ab staff and management. Don't ever send any of your family there. Also the entire Chico medical establishment are also a joke. My Aubt would still be around if we took her to Sacramento. One is only a number there !
