Arbor Post Acute

It would be a cold day in H*** before I allowed my loved one to be in this facility. I know first hand how the patients & CNAs are treated. with the exception of a couple amazing nurses . Wendy & Dawn you two are amazing .
As an employee you are a body , and not a human being with feelings . I watched some great CNAs and I watched some that are abusive to the residents . I wouldn't put a family member in this facility if it were the only one available . It's a huge red flag when people who work at Arbor are calling the state themselves . Please speak up if you see what I have . I have sat with patients as they have told me how horrible it is to be in a place they are treated horribly . Do better Arbor . In Fact clean house and get rid of any employee who doesn't want to care for the patients , and is only there for a paycheck. Never in my life have I been so disrespected by coworkers . Yes I am a current employee , and I am still there due to how much I care about the residents . I call the state , and never go to the Director of Nursing . They won't listen nor do they care . It's more like a mean girl high school than a healthcare facility. I am in nursing school now to be an RN. I can't wait to finish , and show patients what true care really looks like .

No working phones or emails. We can't contact our own family member. This place is very suspicious. All the "good" reviews are from staff and not actual patients or family members.
