I really hope someone takes the time to acknowledge the fact that Michael G. at the Reading location is harassing his female customers and being really disrespectful and saying inappropriate and sexual things that I'm to the point where they feel uncomfortable and have complained to other employees. He's a manager and needs to be fired or demoted that is unprofessional and disgusting. He makes the company look bad and has been doing it for a while now. Someone needs to take the time to have a sit down with him, or some kind of repercussion. Other than that the Chico location has been very helpful and seems to know how to answer questions and help get insured within minutes. They will take the time to explain everything and break it down so there's no misunderstandings and will help you find the cheapest insurance that is most reliable.

Francisco Torres the agent was fast efficient, knowledgeable, completed paperwork in a timely fashion, got me out of the office in an hour. Office hours are open till 6:00 really convenient for people getting off the freeway are coming from work. Conveniently a block from the DMV. I would highly recommend this insurance agency.
