My partner's family has been with StateFarm, this particular spot, for years. They always had great things to say, especially about Melissa, so right when I purchased my vehicle, I came here as well to get insured. I've been with StateFarm for about 3 years now and all my visits here has been wonderful. As you enter, they always offer you a drink or snack, making you feel welcomed.
Our go to person is Melissa, she has such a great energy surrounding her and always do her very best to help us with our problems. She's amazing and my partner and I always leave StateFarm with a smile. Thank you!- helpfull 0

Feb 19, 2020Loyal customer. The staff today at Joni Ginno - State Farm Insurance Agent in chico ca. They talk down to me today. So I canceled my insurance and moved to Allstate. Secondly, I hate when they call me trying to up-sale me before they take actions on my account.
