The Down Lo has quite an employee turnover, which contributes to an inconsistency in service. The food is passable and prices are fair. But I go there for the pool tables. The best in Butte County. Most players are serious and the drunks stay out of the way. Just watch out for the pool hustlers; you'll recognize them quickly.
