Dustin and Dana from Upside Real Estate did a wonderful job helping my family and I finding and purchasing a home in Redding CA. They were very help throughout the whole process and made themselves available whenever we had questions. Dustin was awesome about making sure we were always in the know when there were updates about the purchase, and everything regarding the paper work. Dana was amazing during the house search, as we were not local. She did all the leg work for us when it came time to view a property, had all the connections when it was time to do inspections, and gave us lots of great recommendations for contractor/companies to reach out to for the renovations we plan on doing. i whole heatedly recommend Dustin and Dana if you are looking to buy in the Redding/Chico area.

Let's face it; NOBODY really likes to move and to take it a step further- I can't imagine that anyone really likes to read all the forms and disclosures involved in a real estate transaction !
