Absolutely horrible I had been trying to get up in contact with the main firm to speak with somebody regarding the real estate agent that I was appointed to because she was also terrible and no one answered or responded to men or my messages nor did they call me back, I felt ignored. The real estate agent that I had had no communication but a ton of excuses and why she couldn't sell my house in the appropriate time and then still wanted to get paid. Anytime I asked a question regarding the listing of my house she would wait 24 to 48 hours to get in contact with me to give me an excuse on why she didn't respond the same day and then not fully answer the question that I asked. She inaccurately described my house online, and posted crappy photos of the outside of the house that she took but claimed that her brokerage wouldn't except my professional photos that I took because it wasn't from a real estate photographer (which isn't mandatory to do) so my house hasn't gotten a lot of offers and got bad reviews (allegedly) and I assume that is because potential buyers can't see how beautifully the inside of my house is; and then she blamed it on my house that she couldn't sell it. I will never in my life work with them again nor will I ever recommend anyone to take their business.

Irresponsible and non-responsive! We live 400 miles away and are relocating to Chico. The listing agent agreed to a showing arranged by our agent and was a total no show. Set up and confirmed 24 hours in advance -- but she left NO Lock Box, no other way to access the property to see it, AND refused to return calls to our Realtor all day including the 30 minutes of our time she wasted while we were standing out front twiddling our thumbs. This appears to be a trend according to our extensive friends and family in Chico once they heard about what happened - NEVER AGAIN!
