Brae's somatic Integration sessions are powerful because they spend time talking about all the things happening in your system: physical, emotional, spiritual. Their years of experience really show in the way they weave these things together and use them in the bodywork. Brae is also trauma informed and would be a good fit queer/trans folks who need a practitioner with nonbinary understandings of genders and bodies.

Apr 03, 2024In seeing another provider at another facility who also offers Tui Na massage therapy, since I saw this particular provider, I was able to realize how inexperienced this provider was in Tui Na massage therapy when working with someone with complex illnesses. After our session in which she preformed this therapy on the front part of my body, even though it was supposed to be the whole body, she claimed it would have been too much on my whole body, I was in more pain for over a week after treatment then before treatment. With my new provider I was not. The only pleasant part of the therapy session was the provider's awesome dog.
