Massage By Rachel

I'm happy to say Rachel was one of the most talented massage therapists I've encountered. She was patient and kind, always interested in what might be plaguing you in order to give you the massage best suited to your needs and better yet, reasonably priced.

It saddens me to say her business practices do not fall in line with her massage therapy. In May of last year I purchased a gift certificate for a friend, and in late June, purchased another package of massages, totaling approximately $185. It is my understanding she had gone out on medical leave, however I have not heard from her in 7 months. I made every effort to reach out to her, texting, calling, messaging her on her former business page on Facebook and have gotten no response in regards to when she plans on returning or how I can request a refund. Additionally frustrating, I've referred a variety of friends and co-workers to her, and they are now experiencing the same issues.

All in all, I'm disappointed in the service from a business stand point, however I would have continued to return to her as a regular client if she had communicated when and if she would be returning and refund the money paid for services I've yet to receive.
