Easily the best massage I've ever had! I move and install heavy appliances for a living, so I will continue seeing him if it makes my life easier. I highly recommend him to anyone who has aches and pains! Just tell him how you feel and relax.

I couldn't lift my right arm for a couple of months. Went to the doctor who told me six weeks of physical therapy before a scan and then possible surgery. After six weeks of physical therapy I experienced no relief. A friend told me about Russell. I gave him a try and after three sessions my arm was back to normal. I have been going to Russell monthly ever since. His massages help with all of the soreness and tightness that comes with age and exercise. I have recommended him to many of my friends. He knows his business and is the best.
