This office used to have horrible office staff. But now I rate them the Best in the Business. So warm and friendly, great eye contact, happy to be helping me, loving their job, So Positive! A Doctor's office staff can make or break your visit. It's bad enough having to go see a Doctor. This office is a pleasure!

Saw Dr Cheng. He seems very impatient and overworked. He definitely does not like elderly, complicated patients! He actually accused me for being late getting my wheelchair bound mother there. I had arrived exactly on time, after checking in online the previous night. I had to wait 4 minutes to get checked in, so he said we were 4 minutes late! Seriously! He claimed he didn't have enough time to deal with my complicated 89 year old mother who is suffering in PAIN. No compassion and serious control issues! Don't go there if you don't have to!
