I do not recommend Margaret. She did not give us important documents, and is very short on communication skills. She is so self absorbed with her running and retirement- like vacations, she is unprepared, and often confused about the facts of our case. On one court appearance, she was so out of it, we worried that she may have had a stroke- other attorneys had to repeat what the judge was saying to her. She often appears tired, but she is in her 70's or 80. She has began to have trouble remembering things. She is far past her prime cognitively. If I could give less than one star, I would.
