Feb 20, 2024I was looking for lawyer to help me out and take me on as a new client. Brett's website stated custody and other things. But he's not taking on new clients for custody. Granted he was able to help on few underlying things and questions. He referred me to 3 other people who still have not gotten back to me once. I wish Brett was taking on new clients so, I can get things rolling. I'm back to looking on google like how I found Brett cause these 3 others will not get back to me.

I am out of state and needed POA advice for an aging relative that was recently declared incapacitated. I called Brett Gilman's office expecting to schedule a consult; however, he was extremely helpful in giving me general advice for my complicated situation and answered my initial questions on the fly. Once I have more information about this situation, I will definitely retain Mr. Gilman should I need legal counsel to resolve.
