Esplanade Dry Cleaners

I took my pillows to be dry cleaned and when I returned to pick them up, they were totally shreaded, everything was falling out of them. The owner said that they were old and the seams had failed. She mentioned that she would not charge a cleaning fee. I was perplexed. How could $20.00 cover two pillows valued at $50.00 to $60.00 be covered by a waiver of $20.00. I do not if I will be back for return business.

Perhaps in Nevada their expectations on dry cleaners is different, as Barbara P.'s review is not even remotely close to mine. I have been searching for a dry cleaners since I moved to Chico 4 months ago and it has been pretty much hit and miss. So I thought I would try Esplanade Dry Cleaners as it was close to work. When I received my first order, my dress shirts were actually more wrinkled than when I brought them in! They had also starched them so my steam iron at home couldn't get the wrinkles out. Thus I had to go to work looking like I had slept in my clothes for a few days. Absolutely unacceptable.
