We lost $4693 with Kennedy Cheung. He has refused to get the money back for us. We were in escrow in a house, like always you have to get inside on a house to close. The house did not go through so we did not end up getting the property but still had paid the $4693. California Fair Plan said the will only talk to our insurance broker Kennedy Cheung. Unfortunately we lost out on that money and have no way to get it back. I would stay far clear of him as once the money is sent he is gone.
