Twice, within the past 6 months, went to Big 5 looking for shoe's!! Both times, not one employee asked if I needed any help finding anything?? Both times employee just stood by the checkout counter, this last time 2 employees, one M, one F, never left from behind the checkout counter, just stood there chatting, as I walked out, I said, Thank You For Your Help!!! LoL Both answered back, Your Welcome, Thanks for coming in!!! It went right over there heads that I was being very sarcastic!!
Drove to another Famous Shoe store, known for good Footwear!! As I walked in, was greeted , Welcome, the clerk asked if I need help finding anything??
I pointed to what I was wearing an said something like what I have on, she took me right were I need to be!!! That was customer service!!!! I bought shoes there!!! Will probably never go back into Big 5!!!'

They did not even have what was SUPPOSED to be in stock...sales people were rude and acted like the customers were a bother! What a joke this store is!
