Garibaldi's Catering officially became a business in 2006 after Garibaldi realized that the North State had a need for caterers who offer "fine cuisine at a reasonable price" and who would "cater to your taste". After receiving many recommendations from satisfied clients Garibaldi concluded his teaching career and began catering

The owner Kevin is very friendly and let me try some cake and even jambalaya while I was waiting for my food.
