Special Times Catering

Special Times Catering is the best catering company I've ever worked with! We used them for our daughters wedding reception in Palo Cedro, and couldn't have imagined any thing better!

From the first meeting, we knew Mindy (owner) wouldn't disappoint. She gives you her undivided attention, and provides guidance and her expert opinion on the entire wedding event. I consider her a wedding planner, too. She always responded to texts/emails promptly. She always remembers the details of our conversations.

She has a variety of food choices to fit every budget. The food we chose for our wedding was delicious!!!!! (Tri tip, chicken bruschetta, and penne pasta. Her green beans are to die for). We had more than enough food, and she even bagged up all of the leftovers for us to take home. She takes care of everything including rental items, set up and tear down, clean up, serving, etc. The presentation of the food was beautiful and she tailors it to the venue! Her entire staff is professional, clean, neat, and attentive.

Mindy kept the wedding events (cake cutting, first dance, toasts, etc) on schedule so we didn't have to worry about anything during the reception.

Mindy is very professional, and a great person! I highly recommend Special Times Catering - you will not be disappointed!!!!!

I attended my sisters wedding in Orland on one of the hottest days of the summer. it was over one hundred!!! The catering company showed up on time, was very pleasant, never complained, and got the job done! The food was amazing. The appetizers were my favorite though. I highly recommend this company for any event. They were awesome!
