Too many personal questions about my family not related to taxes. Unfriendly and condescending customer service. It used to be much better back in the 90s. Sad to see this location having so many problems.

I got the h and r promise mica was helping me. But for some reason I called today after I got my check to ask how I send to IRS. They lady who answered was so rude. She gave me a list of details which was hard to keep up on. Then I asked I thought mica was helping me. She said not unless you pay us again then we will help you. I paid twice for both this year and last year's. And mica never called me back so I don't even the girl gave her the message. I will never ever go back to h and r block. They seem to just not care.... Glad they can not care when I have special needs child, I am pregnant, my husband is ill. But thanks for not caring. I'll figure it out myself. But don't use them ever if you want your taxes done right.
