Liberty tax in Oroville is great! So I thought I would go to Chico one since I live closer ! Well it was a nightmare and big mistake costing me a delay in 3340.00 ! I go to a profession tax person due to my type of Income! I told the tax preparer that it was unique with new rules and when I gave her my w2 with a bunch of 00 she said I can't file taxes on it! i explained I could using my last pay stub she then yelled at me and said she was not gonna commit fraud for me! She then did my taxes and I just got the stimulas money I did not get for my kid's , I talked to the ira who informed me they did my taxes wrong so I called liberty in oroville who amended my taxes for free and now I am waiting for who knows how long for the 3340 dollars I was supposed to get on this years taxes all because they did not want to do their job at the liberty on noter dame! These ladies are rude and not professional at all!
