Mar 30, 2024Kudos to the fact that they came out the very next day I called them but that's all they're good for. Guy was at my home 10 min didn't really look around and then took a day to write a report. I got the email with the report and a $175 bill. I can't read the report and called the office and was told only a licensed agent could and I would get a call. I wanted to know what do I do next? Never got a call back. So I called Terminex and the guy came out for free and spent 21/2 hours at my home and inspected it from top to bottom for free. Do not recommend Hobbs Pest Control.

Ross did our initial inspection- evaluating the source and entrance for the rodents, sprayed for ants and took care of some spider webs. He also sprayed inside to help with the dead rodent smell. Would definitely recommend!
