Customer service and respect was severely lacking. The technician was extremely rude and disrespectful during our interactions. We also asked multiple times to have a recurring payment set up since it was a set monthly charge and they refused to figure it out. We decided we'd rather figure out the bugs on our own than pay for someone to treat us so poorly and still have big issues.
