Long term customer, just asking to have service when someone could be at the property to spray back yard and garage. Nope, couldn't accommodate that small request. Instead, spraying and leaving a bill during a torrential downpour of rain and atmospheric rivers that can be done apparently. Very dissatisfied. Called and canceled the service if you could call it service.

They used to be good, but lately the service sucks. Our agreement was that they would call before they come out to make sure we are there to let them inside our business. They stopped calling ahead, and so no service. But they still sent a bill for service. So they keep billing for service we didn't get. I call every time this happens, and they say "the manager will call you back", but nobody ever calls back. These guys don't care! Don't waste your time with Shelby.
