This termite company was brought in by my realtor for termite inspection of a property I was selling. They refused to give a complete scope of work for deck repair they noted in their report. We changed out 196 lineal feet of decking where it looked most weathered. They reinspected and then noted 21 additional areas at the end of boards they felt were faulty. We replaced these areas and then they reinspected and noted an additional 6 areas they felt were bad, finally signing off after an additional inspection. Each inspection costing an additional 150.00. All of this after having an attitude that they should do the work at a cost of 1,200.00. Sadly, all of this on a 12 year old redwood deck with pressure treated substructure. These guys might be fine at spraying for bugs but stay away from them for termite inspections.

We had them do a pest inspection for our new house and they were very nice and professional. Did a thorough inspection and gave good tips to prevent future pest problems. Punctual and polite.
