In and Outboards

The absolute worse people I have ever dealt with 1 star is incredibly generous since they had our boat for 2 months made up excuse after excuse why it wasn't done or being taken care of. Then when we were finally done waiting and wanted to just pick it up and take it else where Michael would NOT respond to our calls or text. He also stole our motor and sold without our knowledge. I would recommend Walmart over these assholes and they don't even have a boat department.

Nick and Michael are the best! I was all set to go fishing but my boat motor wouldn't start. First thing Monday morning I called In and Outboards. Michael answered and promptly scheduled an appt. for me and sent a text letting me know when Nick would arrive at my house. Nick was right on time! He is very knowledgeable and methodical in diagnosing problems. I mentioned to him that I had a fishing trip planned for the upcoming weekend. Nick was honest and made no promise except to say he would try to resolve the problem and have me back on the water hopefully in time for my trip. Friday morning I received a text from Michael, Nick was on his way to my house. Nick fixed the motor and gave me very helpful tips to maintain the motor in good running condition. These are my guys! I'm calling them at the end of the season to winterize my boats.
