G & M Repair

I brought my Honda pressure washer in for repair as the rope was not pulling to start. Ran perfect prior to this. Four weeks had gone by and I had not heard anything from him. Let a little time go by as I understand people are busy. I went in, one month later and the lady at the front desk was digging through a pile of paperwork as if we live in 1983 looking for the paperwork to my pressure washer. She was unable to find it and she said that when Jason got in, she would have him call me With regards to the pressure washer. Jason never did call but the front desk lady did leaving a message saying that my pressure washer had a mechanical problem and that they were going to spray some stuff into the carburetor and it would be a couple of hours and she would call me back tomorrow. I did not authorize any such repairs had no idea what she was talking about but this was on a Friday. Needless to say, I never heard back from them and today marks six weeks. I call there and again she cannot find my paperwork, but Jason's sure to call me back. It's almost closing time at this point and call from Jason. I called back. She gets Jason on the phone who currently has the engine apart in the palm of his hands. Let's remember I never authorized any such repairs as I brought it in thinking the rope pole was broken. At this point, Jason goes on to say that it's gonna be about $250 to repair this engine that he has taken apart. Engine shouldn't be apart first and foremost and I'm certainly not going to pay $250 for a $350 pressure washer. At this point, I now have a pressure washer that is in pieces and since it's part, we would never be able to try and repair ourselves. I certainly wouldn't recommend them because they have never reached out to me since the day that I dropped it off and each time that I have contacted them, they had to dig through piles of paperworkto find the invoice for my pressure washer. Very disorderly, bad business conduct and here we are six weeks later and my pressure washer is in the same condition as when I dropped it off. Would definitely not recommend them.

Great small business that does great work. First thing I took in for service was my 4stroke weed trimmer. It had been several year since it was last serviced but the fuel bulb split and I couldn't get it started. They replace the bulb and the fuel lines and now it runs like new. I then took a small 1500Kw generator that had a fuel leak. They diagnosed the problem quickly and did maintenance service on it. I got both back just a few days after dropping them off. Thanks again and I'll be bringing my small engine stuff back to them when needed.
