I needed a quick turn around on an oil change. They did that.
However, I'm not an idiot when it comes to cars but I felt taken advantage of after having to take my car into the shop for another issue. Jiffy Lube on Notre Dame showed me my air filter and it was dirty so I told them to go ahead and replace it. Guess what, they forgot to put the new one in. :(
They also convinced me that I needed a new oil drain plug. They replaced the Ford factory plug (5 years old) with a janky new one.
I will definitely not be going back to Jiffy Lube- helpfull 0

Worst experience I've ever had. Literally broke my car, refused to do anything to fix it. I had to have it towed and spent hundreds in repairs, worst service ever. Save your car, Stay away from this place!
