There service center is horrible at documenting note's on important issues like the 9.9 miles per gallon my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD gets, and I brought it in to be serviced before the warranty was up with the transmission slipping that it also has done from the time I bought it and I was told nothing was wrong with it now my transmission is out at 126,000 miles, this is my second Chevrolet Silverado I have owned
The first one I traded in because the transmission did the exact same thing, so for $6827.00 I can buy another flawed transmission from Whittmeier Chevrolet?
Or for $6100.00 I can take to Dirk's Automotive & Transmission In Oroville,California and they will rebuild the transmission and fix Chevrolets flaws and warranty it for 100,000 miles

Went in for my truck. The gas filler was leaking causing an engine code issue. The truck is 3 years old so it wasn't under warranty. This is not the issue it's just the people at this place doing everything that they can to not help you. Horrible people skills here. Corning Ford is the way to go.
