Les Schwab Tire Center

We went to them after being evacuated from the Park Fire to help us get a battery in! ( car died in Costco parking lot! Bought their battery but didn't get to install they do not install! Gave us something to start car! Drive to Les Schwab to see if they could help put battery in ( Flat out no because we didn't sell it to you) Fire engines all around us in Streets and they couldn't help out two elderly people out a battery in! So we drive back to Forest Ranch and did it ourselves! Hoping the car wouldn't die on the way up the hill! No way are we going back to Les Schwab again! I mean we're is there heart in an emergency!!!!

I came in on may 4th because I had a nail in my tire. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to take my car back right away! If they weren't able to repair my tire they offered to put my spare in for free which I thought was so nice! Luckily they were able to patch my tire. Overall the service, quality and values exceptional here! I highly recommend Les Schwab
