Kathie's Draperies Blinds & Shades

So refreshing to have the outstanding customer service that Kathie provided! Pleasant, professional and accommodating in an era where customer service has been rapidly declining.
I bought blinds from Budget Blinds several years ago and needed one restrung. They were vague about whether they would ever be able to accommodate this basic request and it would be at least a few months. Kathie was able to fix my blinds within a few days as well as help me pick out a couple new blinds for my windows. What a contrast in the two businesses!

Knowledgeable, efficient, and responsive! Calls are returned when promised and she arrives when promised. She carries a number of different lines from various manufacturers, and if you can't find a blind you like from Kathie's then you probably should just get curtains.. She does those as well! She checks all the blinds before coming out for installation and goes out of her way to make sure you are happy. The installation went great and the only significant problem we had was caused by the manufacturer. Highly recommended. The entire process was actually a lot of fun..
