Esplanade Furniture

We bought a floor model, quality recliner which developed a problem a year later. When we called the store, they got right on it to make things right. They replaced and repair what went wrong with no questions asked.They even picked up and delivered the chair back to us free of charge. The entire staff was always very polite, kind and curteous from start to finish. We have no complaints, only praise.

We bought a bamboo coffee table and end tables here a couple of years ago. Within the first year of owning them, they began to show cracks. We reached out to ask Esplanade Furniture if this was a known issue with this line and although they weren't aware of one at the time, they set a couple of employees out to our house to assess them. They agreed that the tables did in fact have a defect. They reached out to the manufacturer and eventually determined that this was a known issue with this line, which has since been discontinued. This was no fault of Esplanade Furniture's in any way, but let me tell you, they have done everything to make it right. We eventually decided to exchange them for new products and Esplanade Furniture has been apologetic and accommodating in every way. We have been working with Cort during this process and were continually impressed with his customer service and friendliness. The way they handled our situation has made us lifelong customers.
