Nantucket Home began in 1975 after owners Rick and Nan Tofanelli returned from an inspirational trip to the island of Nantucket. They fell in love with the Northeastern folk-art movement and upon returning to Chico, they opened a little store on Third Street in Chico, California. Some might remember the

Rude rude rude, glad you're going out of business but I wouldn't come back anyway. Sorry to waste my time stopping by in the first place and sorry I don't look expensive enough to shop there to be given the time of day by your staff. You'd think that all the negative reviews over the last 15 years about your staff you would maybe work on it but I guess it was never a priority. Happy retirement and good luck to whoever the lady was who didn't help me, maybe try something besides customer service.

I suggest just perhaps trying. Even a little. I grew up in Chico. My father was a physician. My mother never once shopped here. My best friend was Charlene Dinnel.
