Kremer Dental Care - Philadelphia Square

I was very frustrated this morning when I received three reminder texts for my son's appointment and two of them stated 8:10 and one stated 10. We come in at 8:10 and they told me the appointment was at 9 and the texts were an IT problem. I asked if he could be seen now because I had taken off of work and he had taken off of school, but they said no - without checking. We walk back out to the car and as I was pulling out I got a call from the front office saying that my son actually had an appointment at 8 and could we come back. They didn't call him back to the treatment room until about 8:30 which is completely understandable, but it just added to my frustration. This is not the first time scheduling mistakes have been made by this office and I even came in for a scheduled appointment for a retainer and it wasn't ready. No one had bothered to call and reschedule. I don't think I've ever written a negative review because I'm a relatively patient person, but this was just a mess.

Make sure you double check what they tell you about what your insurance will cover!! They recommended a service for my daughter, which her previous dentist had never recommended. I was assured these services were covered for my daughter and they were not. I got hit with a large bill I was not expecting. I should have checked myself, but I asked them to double to check while in the office and they looked it up in front of me and said it was covered. Turns out they missed the limitations on age.
