If I can give a zero, I would. Not sure why the school district decides to use them for school picture devices is beyond me. I've ordered a sport photo of my child back in March 2023. I waited for a month before contacting the school of pictures came in and I need to pick up since it was not delivered at home. School confirmed the company was having issues and the photos are not printed to mail out. So I waited another month. No photo, school has no new news to share. I decided to call this company and waited for an hour only to be told they were having technical difficulties and will soon have the photos sent out. They suggested I call them back in two weeks. Two weeks went by and I called again...and again I waited over an hour only to be told the same thing. I then connected with the school of others are having the same issues. The school confirmed that all students didn't get their photos and the school have been in constant communication with the company regarding this. Well, here I am, September 2023 and still nothing.

If anyone wants to use this company, don't. I've got lucky with two other school photos from them but this incident is a huge flag for me. It shouldn't take this long to correct an error...

Our school district in Truckee, CA selected Lifetouch to take our school portraits and senior pictures. They were HORRIBLE! I was given 5 selections of photos to choose from for my son's yearbook picture (he is a senior so this photo was important to him). All of the photos they gave me for selection (5 or 6 total) had to have blue backgrounds their photographer had instructed my son to make these clown faces. Prestige selected the photos to put on the blue background, but then demanded that I pay $60 to have them go into the computer and change the background of the photo he wasn't making a clown face in to blue so There is something wrong with that policy if "I" have to pay $60 to have a decent photo of my son put in his yearbook. So wrong!!!!! I would encourage you to ask your school NOT to use Lifetouch.
