History
Bill & Kathy Chance started C & C Storage in 1994 with one building and have added more buildings as demand has grown. Kathy has managed the facility since day one with Bill providing maintenance when needed. We lived on-site until 2006, learning the business inside and out - we know what goes on during the day and after hours. We are one of the few owner-managed facilities providing the friendly local service Chico is so well known for.

I have had a unit for many years. Their security is the best! The staff is friendly. When my husband was in the hospital with heart issues, I called and they were understanding and didn't charge a late fee. I can't say everything good about this business. I know I wouldn't want to use any other storage business.

Great people to deal with, well kept facility. Had our rv there for 7 years. Impressed there were never any cobwebs, insects, etc. around the trailer. Very clean. Never ANY problems.
