Hydrotec Solutions

We have a house at Lake Almanor which we have owned since 2005. We have a sophisticated lift pump sewer system as our house is built on the side of a hill:) we have many issues over the years that various plumbers would come and patch for us. This year we had a problem that needed more assistance. Hydrotech Solutions from chico has a new tech working for them! Her name is Kayla! And she has a great side kick! (Can't remember his name, sorry) She was so knowledgeable of the septic lift pumps on the side of a hill like we have! She is experienced, has amazing communication skills being able to explain thoroughly what needed to be done, super efficient hard worker, and professional! She has an electrician come that she works with that was also phenomenal! I didn't know them in the past but I would hands down recommend kayla from hydrotec solutions for any septic job! Her company handles the billing and is friendly, efficient, and reasonable!

After waiting for return a return call for three days without results from any local plumber in Quincy, CA I called Hydrotec in chico with a septic system problem. I got almost instant response. They came up to the cabin, fixed the problem, examined the system and did an OUTSTANDING job. Their employees were friendly, informative, and fixed the system in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them!
