Lifetouch Photography

Definitely does not even deserve 1 star! Ordered my daughters pictures, and never received them over a month later. Order status said delivered. All information was correct on order as far as address. Called Lifetouch, and spoke with a gentleman about not receiving my order. Not trying to be mean spirited, but this guy kept asking me the same information multiple times. How many times does one have to spell their address, name etc. He could see my order on his screen! He would tell me he was finishing up, then put me on hold. This went on for an hour. Reading other reviews, I see this is a major problem in the way the company is run. They want their money in exchange for no product!

They were horrible!!!!! My son graduated from Inspire High School in 2019 and he has still not received his senior panoramic picture. I contacted lifetouch on 3 separate occasions and each time they assured me that I would receive the picture in the mail in 4-6 weeks. The final time I called the person I spoke to hung up on me. This morning I received an email stating that his order was cancelled and that I received a full refund. I have not received a refund. It is my understanding that inspire High School cancelled the order because the picture was of such poor quality. Do not use them if you want to have quality pictures taken or even adequate customer service.
