Chico Septic

I am compelled to finally write a review for the outstanding service I've consistently received from Chico Septic. I've lived in Chico for two years and purchased a house with 3 septic tanks for the first time. All 3 needed service and/or replacement. We just had the third and final tank repaired and even the cleanup was well done. Needless to say I'm on a first name basis with the amazing Jamie and her team of knowledgeable technicians ! However what I appreciate most is the human connection each and every person has made with us. From Jamie in the office to Lance scoping out problems with his crew and trouble shooting, the team makes me feel like I'm in good hands. They empathized with our predicament and treated their work as if we were members of their family. They always went above and beyond with every job so if you want the work done right the first time call Chico septic first! It's the best value in the business.

The worst company ever! if they were the only septic tank company in town I would spend 3x's the amount for someone to come from out of town!

That girl in the office must be related to the owner. i needed my septic tank looked over; that girl in the office can't follow simple instructions; while I was overcharged for service, so she sends the good cop I guess he was the field-guy-he too was a work of art ,came to my home to do a shoddy repair job -like a little bit of paste on the seam of the tank. the "field-guy was probably told by the owner not bring their water truck to test the tank. What an awful experience with this company!!!
