25 years ago on the evening of April 9, 1997, I called him to inform him that my wife's "waters broke" at precisely 1930 and I was taking my wife to the hospital. He literally said that he would meet us there in 30 minutes. unfortunately for my daughter, he was involved in a dinner party and didn't show up until 2230. Three hours later. On September 10th, 2022, after my daughter lived with doctor made severe "cerebral palsy" her heart suddenly stopped. Once Scott reads this, he will know that it is time for him to stop lying to himself and his patients.

THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. I called this morning due to a threatened miscarriage I had over New Years Eve. Before I even got to explain to the lady on the phone that I needed to get my hcg levels to make sure the baby was okay she interrupted me and asked what insurance I had. I told her what it was and she said they did not except that insurance and that she was canceling my first appointment, told me that it was MY fault and I was supposed to know that they didn't accept my insurance. Funny because when I made my first appointment they said that they did accept it and they even took all my information off my card. She then proceeded to tell me that she wasn't going to argue with me and hung up on me. Totally insensitive to why I was calling, she didn't take time to explain things calmly and maturely. Thank you for making me cry and for ruining my day. I wish she would have answered the phone with her name because I would be making sure I would be calling her out right now. You don't treat people like that, especially when they are worried about the health of their unborn child. I could go on but I'm sure the lady who answered the phone this morning has done this to way more women and doesn't even care.
