Women's Health Specialists

Very irritated with the staff at my sister's appointment. We had made an appointment and filled out information online and in advance prior to coming in, but 30 minutes into waiting, they waited to tell us their online system is down and she needed to fill out again. So 4 women (2 with walk in) were helped before us and we've been waiting for a damn room for 3 hours!!! Not to mention when my sister took samples in the bathroom, they didn't have any supplies stocked for her to even begin with. Very unprofessional, terrible scheduling and unsatisfied overall with our visit after traveling out of our way to come to this. Come to find out the doctor wasn't here the whole time while we wasted 3 hours. Will not be coming back. Do better for the mothers waiting to have hard procedures like this and update: they're officially closed and she still hasn't been helped... her appointment was at 12:20pm.. ITS 5:00pm.

I was really anxious for my visit but a shorter lady by the name of Erin & another lady named Sherrie were so helpful. it was hard to focus on what I was going to endure because the staff was so nice & made sure I was comfortable the entire visit. I would go to them for all my needs. Women's health clinics like this one is hard to find. I previously was in contact with Planned Parenthood in both Chico & Orinda & I was given the run around on many occasions & they were rude! I was glad I exhausted my resources & found Women'a Health Specialist. They were extremely helpful!!!
