We purchased our current trailer, ORV in 2020 from Mike Friend RV. They are a small family owned business. We enjoyed working with them. They also had the best price and the best one on one service and knowledge of the brand over other dealers we spoke with, without the pressure to sell and the constant pressure to buy. Mike Friend knows his trailers. Mike and his staff have been helpful multiple times we've needed parts or questions answered.
Being a small family business you may not get your phone call returned immediately. You may not get the prompt service of a mega store with many employees, but you will get individual, friendly customer service.- helpfull 0
