Chuck Patterson Dodge

My family has bought many cars from Chuck Patterson. Last car in May. So of course being from chico we wanted to buy locally again. My son was interested in a green charger that was there. We sent him first to check it out test drive it and if he liked it we would come down and do the paperwork. They turned it on let him look around but didn't let him test drive it. The salesman said they only let them test drive it unless your going to buying it. Who buys a car with out testing driving. Especially for my son has only driven lifted trucks. At this point I feel it was racially profiled. I called to complain, and said that they don't let people test drive it cause there trying to keep the miles low and also that young kids peel out the parking lot. The sales man will always go with you when test driving a car. All this sounds racially profiled. I will never buy something from them again. Thinking my Mexican son couldn't afford it.

First of all I didn't purchase here because it was thousands of dollars cheaper for me to drive to Ell Grove.

I'm here for a service, my visor broke and it's under warranty. First I went to the clearly marked Dodge side of the dealership, they sent me to the other side clearly marked Toyota. That office then walked me across the service bay to a glass door labeled Dodge. 3 customers waiting, no one inside working...

He came back talking with a coworker and cursed saying my office is busy again. More curses as he walked that customer out with a mirror tag. Finally served at the cubicle about 15 min into being here, they are going to check and see if they have a visor on stock. Would have thought that was ordered when I made the appointment weeks ago?!
