Minner Electric

Minner Electric provided their services to the home both before and during a house I rented.. There was a problem with the air conditioner constantly blowing the circuit breakers and outrageous bills for air that was not even cooled. PG&E informed Minner Electric that the unit needed to be replaced, but instead he put a new filter on it. 12.5 years later when I moved out, I was not given my security deposit back and one bill was for the illegal and dangerous electrical things done to the house by Minner Electric.
Problem is, the person who owns Minner Electric was also my landlord. Before moving in, he signed formed acknowledging other problems with the house, and then charged me for those as well. There were other issues as well, all public record, as I took them to small claims. There he falsely testified that my neighbor informed him I did not move out until several weeks after I told him I did. Another example: they let the grass grow long and took photos of it, which is wife produced for the judge. Minner Electric defrauded me of my money.
