First off, it was pleasant to walk into a store, and be greeted by an employee that truly loves his job and the products they sell.
It was also great that the employee didn't try to shove the most expensive item into a sale, but rather listened to what was needed.
The product was so quality, that we didn't mind the prices, being there was only a minimal difference between their store, and your cheap box store prices.
Should we ever need anything else for our outdoor life style, we will look no further than this great little store.- helpfull 0

I have been shopping at Mountain Sports since the late 70's. I have always valued the knowledgable staff and their ability to guide me to the gear I needed for a particular adventure, whether it be pack packing equipment or a warm base layer for trudging through the cold and snowy Valley of Yosemite. I love shopping local and highly recommend Mountain Sports.
