Very knowledgeable. Restrung racket under an hour. Will use again. Great selection of tennis string. Not all rackets are strung the same.

Jan 26, 2019I bought tennis shoes that starting to break apart after using only a few times. The rubber tread on the bottom of the shoe cracked along the side edge, and I could feel the loose piece when I played. When I explained this to the owner, he said he could not give me a refund (even though I offered to buy a different pair). He offered to ship it back to K-Swiss and see if they would send another pair.
This is good store, and the owner is nice enough, but I was very unhappy with my experience. Not being refunded on a pair of $80 tennis shoes that show a clear defect is a bad business policy.- helpfull 0
