Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Chico

Used last year and will never use them again. Very poor quality, the employee made a big mess out of a main line repair and took out all irrigation while botching the main line repair. They said they finished, when I went to check the following morning the entire area was flooded with water. They came out multiple times to repair leaks in the pipes they used. They could never get in right. Cost me alot of money not to mention the increase in Ca water usage.

Used them many times at my 101 year old Grandmother's house and always had good service. Her sewer backed up so we called them out. They put a camera down the line and said the connection at th main was broke and missing. I asked for a price to repair , now mind you this is a repair in a backyard , no asphalt just dirt. Got the price for repair at 9000.00. Called an Underground Contractor I know to check it out and he put a camera in the line and no broken pipe , just a sag in the line about 60' out. Mr. Rooter also said that the price was so high because they have to fix the city main as well which is not true after I called the city. I am sorry to say that my Grandmother will never use them again. She feels that they were taking advantage of a senior citizen that didn't know any better.
