Sounds like a few people didn't have good experiences with National Park's Depot? I've ordered thru them 2- tactical flashlight's I broke one of the lights by over spinning the zoom lens ! It's a really good rechargeable flashlight and haven't had any problems with the second one. I also ordered the headlamp...it's amazing! I love it!! I actually just tried to order another one but it looks like it closed down? And I also ordered the bigger military style backpack... really good quality...it's now my "bugout" bag.

I've emailed them 4 times with no response. I purchased 3 tactical stockings on october 30th. On November 9th I received an email stating that my order was on back order and that it would be shipped out on 11/20 from the California warehouse (I live in arizona so it shouldn't take long to receive my order). Then on November 16th I received another email stating that my order was placed on back order AGAIN and that it'd be shipped out on 11/30.
I then received an email on November 27th saying that my order has shipped, however, everytime I check tracking it says "pre-shipment, waiting on item from seller to ship"... it's now December 18th. Just a few days until Christmas. I hope I get my order some time in the future, especially seeing how I placed my order about 2 months ahead and I paid $105 for these items. please get back to me with some updated information!- helpfull 0
