They staff are knowledgeable and helpful when I am in store but there are not so good about following up. I special ordered one part several months ago and they never called back after placing the order. I tried getting info on another special order and they called back once to answer one of my questions. I asked a follow up question to which they said they would get back to me on. I waited a week, called back and someone told me they would call back. Waiting another week and still nobody has called back.

Perfection pools is going around Chico dumping pool chemicals in the alleys around town. They came by my house and dumped chemicals in the alley and when I asked the perfection pools technician why he was dumping that on the alley he told me is safe and they do it all the time. Don't hire these corner cutters. There's a requirement to dispose of chemicals properly but obviously they don't care. Don't hire perfection pools.
