Please attempt to use any other lab before you submit to the agony of quest. Any attempt to contact them by phone is not allowed, I walked in to just get a question answered which apparently is not allowed either. Zero customer service, I just recently moved back to Chico, they were not like this before I left 3 years ago.

I've been getting annual blood work done at the Cohasset Rd Quest since 2007, and the service and employees had been great. In 2016 I waited for 1 1/2 hour to get in. Today I tried again and was pleased to see at 7:30 am only one other person waiting. I signed in and waited 20 minutes at which point an employee came out to tell me they were fully booked and wouldn't take walk-ins. The employee I spoke with was rude and dismissive. I went to the Rio Lindo Quest as a drop in and they were great. Everyone who even thinks about going to the Cohasset Road Quest should rethink it and go to a different location. It's horrible!
