Made an appointment online for my mother. I got the email confirming the appointment. My mom arrived for the appointment and was told she didn't have one and they turned her away. Luckily there is another lab nearby and she was able to get her tests done there.

I called the Quest customer service line and gave them all the info and they confirmed that there was an appointment in the system for that location for my mother.

I don't know why the people on site told her she didn't have an appointment.

We won't be going there anymore.

Well, I came here looking for reasons why this lab closed; it's pretty obvious by just reading a few of these reviews. Assuming people voted with their dollars, it worked. I have never had a bad experience there unless it was with the gentleman in question, not pleasant is the kindest way I can put it. So upon discovering they'd closed, I went to Rio Lindo, and guess who I saw, (lol)?
